Outdoor therapy takes place in a similar way to sessions in a therapy room and there are clear boundaries in place regarding time, confidentiality etc. I work in a couple of different locations so we would decide together what might work best for you.

In therapy outside we can make the most of the natural world and the benefits of being in nature; we can be on the move and walking if you would like that - and for some the movement can enrich the therapy process; we can also find a bench to sit on.

I am happy to work outside in all weathers, but I appreciate that some clients may prefer to have their session inside if the weather is particularly inclement, and that is also an option. I try to be as flexible as possible.

I offer outdoor therapy during daylight hours.
